First and foremost, we are providers of affordable housing with a long-term mindset. We recognize that home prices – whether for newly built or existing homes – have been rising steadily over the past several decades, and there's no end in sight.
One of the best avenues for an affordable living nowadays is through manufactured housing. This type of home can be purchased at a small fraction of what a traditional, site-built home costs. Therefore, our focus area and expertise are around the operation and management of manufactured housing communities. Typically, we oversee the grounds and rent out empty spaces in the community to families and individuals that own their own homes. In certain properties, we may also own the homes in addition to the spaces and rent these out directly to tenants.
Our goal is to maintain clean and safe communities for the quiet enjoyment of our residents. We want our communities to be orderly environments where you can relax, recharge, and ultimately be proud to call home!

Currently, we operate communities across the Midwest U.S. Most of our locations are slightly out of the way in quiet settings, yet all are very close and convenient to town centers and amenities. Below you can find a selection of our communities for your perusal.

• At least 50 spaces – the more the merrier, even if vacant
- we will certainly consider smaller communities if part of a portfolio
- we are comfortable with occupancy or infrastructure issues
• Public or private water and sewer facilities are both OK
• Prefer majority of homes to be independently owned by tenants
- although we do carefully consider communities with a high number of park-owned homes
We are aggressively focused on growing our platform: our goal is to reach and exceed 1,000 lots over the coming year!
